I met Bruce at University in Leicester when I recruited him for a band called 'Terminal Headspin', along with the loudest drummer ever to come out of Bristol. That band was washed-up by the mid-nineties but my ears are literally still ringing. After Leicester, I spent a year in Leeds studying music and playing, during which I learned that I wasn't good enough, committed enough - or willing enough to live on the breadline - to ever be a pro musician. I eventually ended up back in Leicester and, despite the inconvenient geographical location, joined TPT in 2003. Once the Thief achieve the inevitable world domination I will have come full-circle.
